Very smooth and fast, thorough and professional. If you’re well-prepared and genuinely interested in the company, the process can be quite rewarding, as Nestlé tends to invest in long-term talent development.

How do you handle tight deadlines or high-pressure situations?
Clear, professional and efficient interview process. Had the chance to ask questions and learn more about the role. Human Resources point of contact did great support throughout the interview process.
The overall hiring process was fairly straightforward and streamlined. The traditional tell me about yourself and why this role, and how you can add value. It was a 2 step interview process, with the initial hiring manager and then senior leader for the final interview.

Good. Took them long to reply but overall experience is ok. Asked mostly behavioural questions like how you deal with stress, not getting along well with the team, past projects, etc
