J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nestlé (Vevey) en août 2024
Entretien
I got three interviews: one in person with presentation and panel, and two remote. Everything went smooth, very nice people. The questions were fair, and the discussion was very interesting.

Question 1
What is the first thing you would do, if you get the job
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nestlé en mai 2022
Entretien
I was contacted by HR to schedule an initial screen from someone on their team.
When I logged into the call, the hiring manager was there, shortly joined by HR. It was completely unprofessional for them to not tell me in advance that the hiring manager would be there. I had prepared for a phone screen and not a full interview.
The HR person was very aggressive with me. He kept asking very pointed questions that, to be honest, did not make any sense. It felt very clear that he didn't understand the technical aspects of the role.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nestlé (Milan)
Entretien
Three video interviews with other members of the senior leadership team, each an hour long, after an initial (and very basic) half hour phone screen with HR. At each interview, no-one involved knew what would happen next, who I would be talking to next, or when that would be.
Interveiws were scenario based and asking about how to apply skills to situations in the role. Feedback from each interview was positive and each of the senior leadership team members who interviewed me was keen to put me forward.
The HR team co-ordinating the interviews had to be chased constantly to find out next steps. After the final interview I was ghosted by the HR team, despite following up with emails and phone calls that weren't answered and were ignored.
Finally 2 weeks later got a standard form rejection email, that had no details about why I wasn't a good fit, nor any feedback on how I did in the interviews. This was for a senior leadership role with global responsibility.
Deeply unprofessional and shambolic process, with appalling handling by all involved. Tells you all you need to know about how Nestle value candidates and employees, and how you would be treated once you worked there.
