process took too long. Recruiter insist to have interview feedback call just to tell you that you not getting the job. Recruiter need better communication with hiring manager to identify skills needed for the role to avoid wasting candidates time.

Straight forward. But recruiter need better communication with hiring manager on the required skills for the role. Wasted time due to skills mismatch. Getting back to candidate took 3 weeks which is too long. Insist on having interview feedback call just to tell they are not offering you the role.

Fully automated via internet. No personal contact. One was given a password to contact the interview system provided by an external provider. So, one did the interview at home at one's computer. No feedback was given after the process. I thought it was rather strange.
