I recently had an interview for a Contract Manager position that was highly positive and informative. The interview process was clearly communicated beforehand, creating a comfortable and professional atmosphere. The interviewers were thorough, asking detailed questions about my experience with contract negotiation and management, as well as my problem-solving and communication skills. I appreciated the opportunity to engage in a two-way conversation, where I could also inquire about the company and the specific nature of the role. The overall experience was engaging and left me with a clear understanding of the position and the company's expectations.
