Muchas entrevistas y poca oferta, no tienen claro cómo trabajar con capital humano. HR necesita mejorar mucho. En realidad las entrevistas eran fáciles pero en cada etapa se tardaban mucho. Muy lentos

The interviewer is friendly and not intimidating. The process was quite fast and it was more like a discussion than a recruitment interview. I met the HR, user, and the market head in two days process. Most of the questions was more into the jobdesc and personal life choices.
