3 part interview took two months total First was standard with HR, second interview was over the phone, last interview was in person with upper management. Basic questions, background check, and drug test required before start date.

They asked behavioral interview questions. It was with two supervisors. I also had a phone interview with a recruiter. The interview lasted about an hour. They were very professional and friendly. I didn't find the interview intimidating at all. I felt laid back and I could be myself. They probed a lot for further detail on my answers I provided to questions. This was sometimes good because it helped drive the conversation in general.
