I was interviewed by a recruiter and the Director of Marketing for the brand. I understand it is common for perspective employees to also be interviewed by HR and the VP of Sales or the President but I was not.

Entretien
Initial call with a recruitment specialist (standard intro call, including role details and transparent salary/package details). Second stage is an interview with the direct line manager, with the last stage being a Case Study - requires preparation and presentation of your marketing plan.
First call with HR was good, they explain what expectations of the role are and you get the opportunity to explain what you bring to the table with your experience.
