A couple weeks after submitting my application, I got emailed for an initial screening call with the Nestle recruiter. After the call, I got emailed again that I made it to a first-round interview with the recruiter. That was just 30 minutes of behavioral questions. Then I moved on to final round which was 3 back-to-back 20-30 minute interviews with people that would be your supervisor/team. It was all behavioral.
