Over the phone interview with recruiter, then in person interview with management. Awesome process. The recruiter was very nice and didn’t mind that I stumbled on my words during my interview. The management team is very friendly. I consider myself lucky to be a part of Nespresso’s team!

very chill, standard interview questions. Mostly looking for personality and how you can mesh with the team. Nothing to be scared of, be yourself and you will be fine. The managers there are very nice

It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.
