Primero se realiza una entrevista con recursos humanos donde también se tienen en cuenta tu trabajo en equipo mediante una entrevista grupal. Luego ya si superas esta primera fase se lleva a cabo una entrevista técnica con algún responsable del área que busca nuevos integrantes.
