Tutti i colloqui svolti su Teams.
Primo colloquio collettivo, con una decina di candidati, in cui vengono spiegate le generalità dell'azienda e vengono svolte attività per valutare i candidati sul lavoro di gruppo (più di 3 ore).
Secondo colloquio individuale (30 min).
Successivamente attesa di circa 10 giorni in cui si riceverà: o una telefonata per il colloquio tecnico, o una mail di rifiuto (mio caso).

Classiche domande: parlami di te, quale posizione professionale vorresti ricoprire nella nostra azienda, aggettivi che ti definiscono, piccolo dialogo in inglese per vedere il mio livello.
The interview was a genuinely positive experience. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere right from the start, which helped ease any nervousness. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role, giving me a fair chance to showcase my skills and experience. I also appreciated the clear communication about the process and next steps, which made the overall experience feel transparent and professional
