After the CV screening, I was invited to go to the office for a group dynamic, which was mostly behavioural. Later, we all did a standardized test similar to the GMAT. After I passed this phase, I was invited to two online interviews: one was with HR, the other was a case study with a senior consultant that involved both strategy and maths.

Hicimos una entrevista grupal de unas 15 personas para hablar sobre la empresa y después nos dividieron en grupos mas pequeños y realizamos entrevistas individuales, las preguntas eran sencillas donde buscaban conocerte y mirar si tus gustos y ambiciones coincidian con algun puesto vacante que hubiera.

I didn't have an actual interview, just an online assesment. The questions were logical, puzzle-type. Based on my CV + the results of the online assesment, I was called to be announced that I got the job.
It was quite easy with written test, group discussion, and personal interview. For the personal interview, it does not take too long. The written test was quite easy, comprising of essay and aptitude test.
