I cleared the first technical round after which I was called for second technical/ managerial round. I was literally shocked to see the manager yawning and sleeping while taking my interview. To top it all he did not bother to even take a look at my resume and had a piece of paper with a few questions written on it. All he asked were some basic questions which I answered correctly (I know because I was asked similar questions in interviews for other MNCs and I got the offer from them). I was pretty sure that this job will be in my kitty as the interview seemed just a formality and they required a lot of people for BASIS. I actually was sad that I might end up working with this kind of manager. I went home and was told that I would be contacted after a few days. No reply after 4 days when I called. Then I called again after 10 days and the HR says you haven't cleared the second round . REALLY? The manager did not even look at my resume , asked some stupid simple questions which I answered and I was not selected !! Are you kidding me? Initially I was really angry but later I thanked God for this. :) Also, being one of the biggest IT services company I was expecting at least a basic courtesy from them to inform me about the results through mail or whatever. Really Disappointed.

they scheduled in virtual mode and i have attended first they asked self introduction and answered and remaining everything is completely technical and i was able to some and not able to answer some questions and i am not sure they selected me or not
