It was Well structured and organised. Liked that it was thought provoking rather than intimidating. There were various phases and and started with self introduction on my side. With the interviewed also providing a little glimpse of who they were and what they did. A lot of information was provided about the role.
Primero te llama recursos humanos explicando el puesto, te lleva a completar una prueba de habilidades cognitivas. Si te va bien, posteriormente hacer una entrevista con tu jefe directo en la que hablas sobre la experiencia laboral, por qué quiere entrar y como está compuesta el área.
Prima incontro conoscitivo co nHR, poi incontro con manager del team dove pensano di inserirti e poi finale conoscitivo con partner che è piu una formalità e non un vero e proprio colloquio
