I applied online at NTT Data Halifax location, got a call from HR next day to do a screening interview. It was half hour interview based on basic behavioural questions. They are trying tosee if you would be able to do the job. After couple of days they send an email to schedule an onsite interview with the Manager and Technical Lead. The second interview was based on Technical as well as behavioural knowledge. They were trying to guess how you will behave in a team and if you posess the technical skills to do the job. My interview went very well and I found it easy. I got hints during the interview that it is going very well. After the interview, waited for a long 1 month time to hear back . Finally got an offer which after careful consideration I declined.
