Written Round :
The Written round consists of two major sections namely General Aptitude Test, Verbal Ability Test and Computer Programming. General Aptitude Test, has mathematical reasoning part and logical reasoning part and verbal ability Test. Computer Programming Test contains problems mainly from DBMS, Computer Networks, Oops, C, Cpp, Operating System, Unix. This round has a large number of eliminations.
Group Discussion Round :
Group discussion is the next round in their recruitment process. In this round, they check your confidence. Generally, 50 candidates get eliminated in this round from a group of 7 to 15 candidates who clear first round.
Technical Round and HR Round :
The students who clear the written round are called for Technical Interview. This is purely based upon technical skills (Coding, problem-solving skills) and they mainly concentrate on the things that you’ve mentioned in your resume, don’t mention anything that you're not aware of. And also have a good knowledge about your final semester project. You can expect a lot of questions from it as well, like what was your part in it. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. In the technical round, questions will be asked from your respective branch. For Computer Science Stream, you should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, DBMS, Operating System, Networking, OOPs concepts and a programming language of your choice. CS students may be expected to write codes in the interview. If you are not from IT background, then it’s ok, they will ask you questions related to your branch. Students from branches other than CS should prepare for two subjects related to their branch. The most important thing they will observe in this round is communication skills.
HR Round/ Managerial Round
This is the last round of interview, Once you’ve reached this round, you’re almost in (90% done). This round mainly tests you're the presence of mind and your personality (your confidence, body language and all that). They test your willingness to work in the company. They generally ask questions on teamwork i.e. How cooperative I will be when working as a part of a team? Just give positive answers for whatever they ask.
