Used to be excellent very warm management and local HR. Now I think it is out of the US, no local HR anymore in Canada. All interviews remote and not face to face.

The 1st approach was through linkedin message requesting phone contact and afterwards I receive a contact from HR to schedule an interview with the area lead. The HR intervention within the whole process was minimum but effective
Interview is very proper and have a very positive feeling.
But position is far from my intention and difficult to continue the interview.
But I feel positive feeling. and if the position was ok consider to join
