I interviewed with the lead for whom I would work. He had several years of experience with this client in this role. The interview was looking for 2 things: 1. Would I be able to speak with technical people and testers and be able to communicate, either based upon my experience? 2. Would I be willing to work extra hours when needed, including weekend implementations, in exchange for compensatory time?
