Each step took few weeks, and the total time for the final decision took a bit over two months.
Overall, very straightforward interviews where you get introduced to the company, share the business value, and long term vision.
You get some questions about yourself, and nothing crazy.

The agent set up the interview , the first one was , practical , the second I had to meet and chat with the senior managers . The interview process was very humane . I got the feeling that I was talking to reasoning humans , instead of being made to juggle 10 balls , like at other starts-up interviews. After 2 interviews I had the job.
