Fairly standard process, no tricky or technical questions, very conversational. A screener call with recruiter, interview with the line manager, an interview with a colleague, and a task. Interviewers were honest about the dullness of the job and the inability to move roles whatsoever within the company for the first 2 years. There is no flexibility at all on salary. Also their bonus structure means if you are hired after July 1, you won't be eligible for a large percentage of it. The colleague interview was bafflingly awkward. The task was the final red flag: recruiter demanded "asap" turnaround as it would be "sent to a client." Seemed like a lie, and even if it wasn't, why have interview candidates do actual client work?

Decent interview process. Basic round of resume questions, submitted writing samples, followed by talking with an associate in the same position. I was called in for 3ish hour long in person interview, but they cancelled the day prior. Apparently the position will be left empty until the new year for budget reasons. Gotta do what you gotta do, I suppose. Generally positive experience, though!
