Interviewed with an engineer and a member of the production team. After a few weeks I was offered the position. They complete a very intense reference check to make sure that you are competent.

Interview was very straightforward. Most questions were basic yes-or-no explaining the requirements of the position and seeing what experience you have with CAD, Microsoft Office, etc. They seemed to be looking for things like customer service experience, teamwork, and organization moreso than engineering experience. Interviewers were friendly; it was 3 on 1 but didn't feel like an interrogation. Drug test required after I received offer.
