Interview was very straightforward. Most questions were basic yes-or-no explaining the requirements of the position and seeing what experience you have with CAD, Microsoft Office, etc. They seemed to be looking for things like customer service experience, teamwork, and organization moreso than engineering experience. Interviewers were friendly; it was 3 on 1 but didn't feel like an interrogation. Drug test required after I received offer.

Applied online, got invited in for an interview, interview was laid back and a few weeks later they contacted me offering me the job. I went into the interview and instantly connected with the interviewer and it was very casual. The hiring process took a very long time but it worked out well because I started working right when classes stopped.
