Interviewers are pretty friendly and easy-going. Be prepared for non-financial questions and ones which require general knowledge.
HR people are quite helpful, they kept me posted throughout the recruitment process.

Reached by HR at the very first stage, It can be conducted online. and then be invited to the second round interview, which may require to join on-site. The process is very efficient
Online interview, multiple rounds, had two back to back, mostly behavorial some technical, each around 30 min long. one behavioral with director, one behavioral + technical with VP, one behavioral + technical with MD
