Thorough Process. 4 interviews with Line Manager, Colleagues, HR and another part of the business. This was done in person and also via video conference with a colleague in another office. Unfortunately they would not condense the interviews so I attended the office 4 times. They showed little flexibility for the fact I was already working.

Is the concept of the rating agency dead? How would I manage you?
Interviews were conducted via zoom. HR was very efficient in scheduling the interviews. Interviewers extremely friendly and genuine. Speaks a lot about the culture. HR was very proactive in providing feedback received from interviewers.

Entretien
The interview process itself was straightforward. Two phone screens -- one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager.
Then, there was a skills review.
From there, I went on-site for four 30-minute interviews with key stakeholders and the hiring manager again.
But after all that, they GHOSTED me. I never heard back at all. Unbelievable!
