The company had called for applications via a an employment website and within two days was called to attend an interview. Three interviews were held. First an initial screening on the normal HR related questions+ detail about the work experience+industry insights+ bit of financial insights etc. The second interview was conducted by two individuals. They mainly focused on financial proficiency and the current market and industry knowledge. Prior to attending this interview, was given a case study to handle too. This stage is where they assess the theoretical aspects of finance thoroughly. Wasn't called for the third interview.
