Next analyst, told the truth about the atmosphere. Some interviews were worthless as only half an hour long, vs 1 1/2 at S&P, and the senior honcho didn't even read the resume, so his questions were insulting. They tell you about the hours spent in committee but spend half an hour with a candidate? Apply if you are unemployed or about to be is my advice.
