Standard HR interview initially and senior people interviews then with country head and final interview. Interview covers mainly equity, debt and macro economy. finally got the offer, but did not take it.
Straight to the point ; friendly interviewers. Ultimately, decided against it as the process took a while and I had other job offers lined up. Had not heard the best from former employees so I also had my concerns.
