Very poor experience. The interviewer kept asking me micro level questions pertaining to his industry. He had no knowledge of my Industry. Took 2 personal calls while the interview was been conducted. Took out his phone to actually calculate my salary expectations and asked me on what basis I expected this much of hike.
Overall, a very negative experience with a very dumm headed person. Will not recommend Copal , Gurgaon to anyone.

Reached by HR at the very first stage, It can be conducted online. and then be invited to the second round interview, which may require to join on-site. The process is very efficient
Online interview, multiple rounds, had two back to back, mostly behavorial some technical, each around 30 min long. one behavioral with director, one behavioral + technical with VP, one behavioral + technical with MD
