The recruiter reached out to schedule an interview but was unresponsive when provided times and dates. Following up a week later on the email, the recruiter immediately called and attempted to perform a phone screen. Two months later, the recruiter reached out for an interview with the hiring manager. After talking with the hiring manager, both the written job description and the job information from the recruiter were different than the needs of the department/hiring manager. Overall, it was a poorly managed process and a waste of time for a job that was completely different than the posted job description.
