Avantages
Lots of room for progression or you can also move between departments once you have joined. Friendly environment. People do help each other out, especially working within the labs. Training has started to improve within the last year, training team now offering more introductory training and now covid isn’t a massive concern it has being more on site training. Amazing benefits with the company, including private medical care. Big expansion project on the go until 2027 so loads of room for the company to go and offers long time job security.
Inconvénients
Salary not reflective of the jobs and effort most people put in. New bonus scheme doesn’t make sense and almost comes across like they’re trying to get you to not do as well. Certain staff roles are no longer required and are just taking thousands every year from people who work much harder at a lower salary.

Interviewer was nice and friendly. She entertained questions about the role and the company and encouraged to ask anything that may be vague from applicant's end.
