The screening interview was through the phone and lasted 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and asked standard behavioral interview questions. Once the screening interview was completed, approximately 1-2 weeks later a notification was sent requesting an additional in-person interview. The second interview involved meeting the hiring staff and seeing the facility.
