I interviewed for a Contract position. I had (2) video interviews with (2) different people at two different times. Standard questions that were specific to the role. Clear and to the point.

Tell me about yourself. What is the most important skill for a Program Manager?
Straight forward interview with the hiring manager. The interview was set up with a recruiter. I believe I was well underqualified for the position. The interview was laid back with casual questions. I believe they were seeing if I would be a good culture fit.
Very quick and efficient. The whole process took less than two weeks to know the outcome. There were 3 rounds of interviews and focused mainly on behavioral questions. Each interview last about 30 minutes.

What was your favorite projects you've managed and why.
The first round of interview went very smooth. There were situational questions that I was prepared for. Be ready to answer questions related to prioritization, collaboration.
I only had 30min for the interview and was prepared to answer all questions I was prepared for.
