Straight forward interview with the hiring manager. The interview was set up with a recruiter. I believe I was well underqualified for the position. The interview was laid back with casual questions. I believe they were seeing if I would be a good culture fit.
Very quick and efficient. The whole process took less than two weeks to know the outcome. There were 3 rounds of interviews and focused mainly on behavioral questions. Each interview last about 30 minutes.
