First a phone call, after that I got invited to the office at Schiphol. Two persons would interview, only 1 showed up. During the interview, the hiring manager promised to get back to me within a week. However they didn't...still after 3 months they did not provide any feedback. I called and emailed them, they ignored me.
3 stages - recruiter call, hiring manager call and then panel interview with presentation. Two presentations delivered for this role.
Interview was two hours and there was time for questions at the end.

6 interviews at various levels and a surprise test during the last meeting to finally have to wait weeks before final decision (last 2 candidates) No message/feedback from hiring manager, only HR contact
