The interview consisted of basic interview questions, some basic outfit selection, and asking my availability to begin working. Manager was incredibly professional and easy to talk to, seemed more like a casual coffee chat than a typical interview.

I spoke for 30 minutes with the AM and Store Manager in the back room about my experience and what they were looking for and what to expect from the job.
One-on-one interview with the site manager. Went through comprehensive questions to understand each other. They were very interested in learning your past experience. Very welcoming and kind. After the interview, there was about a week between before getting hired.
