I initially met a recruiter at my college career fair. There are no positions posted on their website, so they reached out to me about a weeks afterwards. I had a phone interview with only the woman who I first met at the career fair. She asked me very simple questions, no behavioral or STAR questions like I expected. She asked things like, "If you could highlight one experience to a potential employer, what would it be?" When I asked when I would hear about the next step in the interview process, she said just to tell the next time I would be back in town, and she'd set up an interview (I was no longer living in the same state as the branch site, and they don't cover travel for interviews).
The second interview I scheduled for two weeks later. I had one-on-one interviews with three recruiters and the floor manager for the tech center. Again, all very simple questions though they were less general than the phone interview. I also had a tour of the floor and the warehouse, but I believe the entire day lasted about 2.5 hours.
Especially after going through the ringer with other companies, the interview process was very easy. They seemed to really value left-brain and right-brain thinking because they recruit so many fresh graduates with unique majors.

The interview has 3 main components a tour in which you are expected but not told to answer questions, an interview portion and a situational problem-solving activity. It lasted a whole afternoon. The interview was very helpful in getting an understanding of the work since the job description is not very clear. I would suggest that interviewees are very familiar with their website since it is what everyone uses to answer questions on the job. The business looked well run and like the employees were generally happy.

Fairly easy and casual interview process. The interview consisted of a tour of their shipping floor by the HR representative that contacted me for the position. I then met with another woman who walked me through a training exercise and then I sat with a current employee to get better acquainted with the job
