To meet with the person I wanted to speak to, I have had to show my full motivation and persistence. He made me to meet with 2 other of his colleagues before I could meet with him. The position being placement specialist, it did make complete sense to show my full motivation for the role.

Entretien
involves several stages: an initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications, in-person interviews with HR and team members to evaluate skills and fit, a skills assessment or case study to test specific knowledge, and a final interview with senior management to discuss strategic vision and alignment with company goals.

Entretien
A phone interview followed around a week later by a formal interview at Marsh regional offices with 2 staff. One member of staff was a senior member of the team I was applying to join and the other was an experienced member of the HR team. The interview was approximately 45 minutes long and consisted of some conversation about the role and previous experience, followed by some competency-based and administration questions.

Punctual; it is amazing how many employers do not appear on time. The interview was more of a friendly conversation and professional, this allowed me to assess whether I wanted to work here.
