Question 1
Mainly soft skills questions to check competencies: dealing with ambiguity, conflict management, drive for result, stakeholder management, action orientation. You also would be asked about your past experience anad your achivements. Hard skills are rarely checked.
They are very thorough with finding associates that fit the cultural profile. So you can expect questions about yourself, what you would do in a given situation, how do you like to work and learn, etc. You don't need to worry about technical question if you're interviewing for an IT position because they are very basic (and it shows in the skill set of the people they hire, unfortunately). Be prepared to deliver a PowerPoint presentation of yourself and why you think they should choose you over other people.
