My interview at Marks & Spencer was a really positive experience. It was held at the Wembley Outlet, and it was a face-to-face interview with one of the store managers. The atmosphere felt professional but friendly. > The interviewer asked me about my background, why I wanted to work at M&S, and how I would handle different customer situations. There were also a few scenario-based questions, like what I would do if a customer couldn’t find a product or if the store was really busy. > I made sure to talk about my volunteering experience, my strong communication skills, and how I enjoy helping people. Overall, it helped me understand how much M&S focuses on customer experience, teamwork, and maintaining high standards in service. It was a great learning experience and made me even more confident about working in retail.

quite easy and thorough, in a small office room - quite comfortable environment but very busy during high demand periods such as christmas and holiday season. extremely fun vibes however
