The recruitment process was very smooth and took less than 3 weeks. I had 4 interview rounds - HR, VP (line manager), CGO, case study. The RH person was very professional and proactive in giving me feedback between interviews. I had a very good understanding of the company culture and role expectations. I particularly liked the open discussions with the interviewers. I could really feel the passion and good vibes that prevail in the company. Overall, it was a great experience and probably one of the best recruitment process ever.
