Entretien
First round: Quick interview with hr.
Second round: with Current Packaging Engr and WCM manager, did ask some technical questions to gage problem solving skills and project management questions. A small calculation based question was asked. (Didn't hear back decision after this interview for 1.5 months)
Third round: seemed like a repeat interview of second round, just with a new Packaging Engr. Same sort of questioning.
Hired next day.

Entretien
I applied online, and within a few weeks was contacted by HR staff. I was then brought in to the plant and given a quick tour of the plant. I was then interviewed by 2 engineers. The whole process took around 45 minutes.
