Interview had at least 6 people from different groups, but only one or two talked. It was hard to understand what position was being interviewed for. I was excited because the location and people did sound great other than the position details. I got an offer but declined due to it being lower than what I was currently making. Company didn't even acknowledge I responded.

Simple one step behavioral interview. Interview was with an HR rep and a supervisor. A few questions that were about how you would handle situations. Questions on basic mechanical ability and if you are able to use hand tools.
