I attended 3 teams meetings and 2 on-site interviews.
This included multiple technical discussions and sessions on whether id be a good cultural fit.
I struggled to understand the way they interviewed me as a potential senior member of staff.
The process was broken with very little continuity. A lot of information needed to be repeated.
Interviewed by current manager and HR rep both technical and behavioural situations were asked in a thoughrpugh interview. The interview lasted over an hour and each person asked question in rapid fire session

Entretien
Interview was Fair and interesting. Interview was in person. It was in front of a panel of 3. One technical, one management and one HR. It was to the point. Questions were technical as well as HR related.
