I had a very positive experience interviewing at Magna International. Had 3 interviews before being made an offer. The process took about 3 weeks. Felt very comfortable and at ease throughout. Standard interview questions and very friendly employees.
Pretty standard, starts with a phone interview and then a couple of calls with the team you are applying with. This internship is great for people who don't have much professional experience.
I went through two rounds of interviews, a phone screen with the recruiter and a one-on-one with the team leader. Luckily, I received an offer shortly after, as we had some good conversations during the process.

Panel style Interview, casual tone, very pleasant. HR responded quickly, but unfortunately ghosted me until almost an entire month after interview was conducted. By then I had already accepted an internship elsewhere weeks before.
