2nd interview with Managers, (Questions: How do you solve a problem, activities in day to day, an example on how did you solved a problem under pressure, example of improvement plant, ) then in the 3rd call they call me to inform I was select for the position.

Easy process, applied through referral, HR contacted, 2 interviews, HR interview. Applied for QE position but QE was filled internally so SQE was opened.
QE lead engineer and QM interviewed. GM and HR interviewed me post joining again.
