It was a usual interview. there might be written test before interview and there are good chances that it will happen for all fresh graduates or applicants with a different working background or who are new to the automotive domain. There might be 2-3 interview sessions and all might take place on the same day. Be prepared with basics of electronics and if possible something specific to automotive. Be confident and sure of what is written in your Resume.

It was very fast and efficient. Very clear communication from one round to another. Not difficult at all the questions, very connected to the role and why I want Magna.

The asked a lot about my personal life, in terms how do I manage my kids, how would I do my work if I have to do W,Y and Z with kids is that was possible. A bit weird all that part, I didn't feel comfortable.
