Horrible. Interviewer spent 2 minutes rushing me over the phone to schedule an interview, did not ask a single thing about my application or if I had any questions. Same girl conducted my interview and again did not offer any information about to company, her position, the division or the location itself. Not very friendly and very passive aggressive. Perhaps part of the company culture but you could tell by her responses that she had a very "you have to impress ME/I am above you" mentality. Progressive companies conduct interviews as conversations. From a senior HR management level, you should never talk down to your candidates in this manner. Terrible candidate experience.

I completed a phone interview with the HR Manager. I was then asked to complete the PI Assessment online. I was emailed a link with hours and it only took approx 5-10 mins to complete. Next step was an in person interview.
