Business Manager interviewed me but his basics were not clear. He has no idea about the position and any knowledge about his clients of project fundamentals. Seems that he just joined the company and boasted about being a french and the company culture. It was difficult to understand what he wanted to ask and maybe need to work on his english before interviewing others. Mind you, you are in Canada and must respect the work culture and the background that candidates come from. He would constantly stop me when I would answer and ask irrelevant questions.
