All were personal interviews, technical queries were really short. All in all not bad for first interviews. Last stage agency responsible interview: Again starting with a repetitive interview bu this last time trying to convince you about taking the chance for a project which doesn't really fit with your answers in this or previous interviews and fit more to what nobody wants to take, but the company sees as an opportunity for taking monetary advantage of your job for a new client. Promises of future better projects are given (in my opinion hollow ones) if you are willing to take the first sh*tty job. A tense and unconfortable atmosphere is created as they pressure you to make a decision in the moment.
