Terrible. I had a first interview which was average but then my second interview was awful. The woman interviewing me had no idea about the role (I asked a lot of questions about this role obviously but she just kept saying she didn’t know the answer). Why are you interviewing me then?! I was then ghosted for weeks (I was redundant at the time so this annoyed me). I chased after a while and got feedback that didn’t even seem as though it was about me (parts of the feedback didn’t make sense to the interviews I’d had). Terrible experience.
